  • The consultation is FREE and will take 15-30 minutes. 
  • The call is a requirement before the planning stage occurs. This is when I get to know you better which assists in the planning process. 
  • During the call, I will review your needs and design a travel plan tailored to you.  
  • You will then receive sample itineraries to review and approve, and we then move forward with the booking process.

Travel Planning Fees

CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING FEES

Trip planning fees (“Planning Fees”) for customized travel covers our initial consultation, research, development of the proposal, revisions to finalize a customized itinerary, booking, managing all components, and support while traveling.

Fees are based on the complexity of the trip.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Our Trip Planning Fees cover the logistics of the trip, and include land arrangements including hotels, trains, transfers, and scheduled activities.

GENERAL TERMS

All Planning Fees are separate from the cost of your travel.

All Planning Fees and travel vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you decide to book travel.

This Agreement is separate from your agreements with any travel suppliers, e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and any other supplier
